ABS Filament and PLA Filament is commonly used in 3D printing, has the following characteristics:
(1) High strength, good toughness;
(2) Density is small, when printing larger volume model lighter, save money;
(3) Cost-effective, can be processed in wide range temperature;
(4) ABS softer than PLA;
(5) Diameter of 3.0/1.75mm, variations + /-0.1mm,roundness +/-0.05mm;
(6) 1 kg /plastic spool packaging, can be automatic feed;
(7) To be applied to a variety of 3D printer, Makerbot, UP plus, Mendel, Prusa, series, etc.
(8) No Bubble
Production Control
1.Produce process
I . Before produce extruding filament ,we will dry ABS and PLA for a enough time (3-5 hours).
II. Mix with colors masterbatch or colors powder, all which .certified with ROHS.
III.Adjust temperature and dragging rate , make filament diameter range at 1.6-1.8mm/2.8-3.0mm, roundness +/-0.05mm, each spool net weight 1kg+/-0.02kg
IV we put all filament spool in shelf, different kind in different shelf, all categories arranged orderly.
2. Order quantity from factory
We have 10 to 30 tons in stock each month, about 100-200kg of each kind.So you can get the best factory price here!!
All of our products receive a full quality assessment as part of our production process. We run analysis on melt index, strength, elaticity as well as testing i***ct tolerances. We also have a full research and development department. This group is ready to modify/improve the properties of our standard products to match your co***ny's specific needs.
3.packaging
We put each filament /spool on seal PE bag with desiccant , then smaller carton, then out big box
We also have vacuum heated bag to replace of PE bag, make better avoid moisture
4.Productiong quality control
I. we have diameter laser ***ect kits to control extruding rate on line, when diameter smaller or higher than accept range, the laser ***ect kits will adjust the extruding rate higher or smaller to make diameter range at acceptable.
